They might just be wanting to let it be known they are in town and are doing it innocently .. or they could deff be spamming ...

I only pm people I have seen & respond to certain ISO's.
I do think it's unfair to receive a whole bunch of pms that weren't called for .. trust me as a provider .. I feel you !

Over the last several weeks, I have been receiving unsolicited PM's here on TER from ladies. They seem to be ladies either here from Las Vegas or from the west coast who are touring here. The PM's are usually short and to the point like, "I'm here in Vegas, would love to see you".

Now I think they are simply using the recent Vegas reviews as a basis for PMing me because I was just in Vegas last month and wrote a couple of reviews of the ladies I saw while I was here. But I am from the Washington DC area and only make it to Vegas once a year for a trade show. I do travel extensively for work but have not experienced this from anyone from any other area I frequent (east coast and Mid-Atlantic area).

I know this is a classic example of "spam" and I have reported this to TER because I know they take "spamming" very seriously. However, I really don't want to be the cause of some young lady losing her ability to be on these boards so I have started to respond to them and let them know about the rules.

Have any guys here received similar PM's? How would you respond if contacted this way?

Just a curious question from a once-in-a-while Vegas visitor.

I ignore and they stop I don't answer anything like that

Spam! Some girls need to reach out because not enough clients are reaching out to them, but they shouldn't do that

Xoxo

That's spamming.  Unless you've reached out to them first via the messaging system, that's totally inappropriate.
You shouldn't have to be telling them the rules.  THEY SHOULD KNOW THEM.
I'd block the user if I were you.  Unless of course you find her to be of interest....;)
