I ask because I have a theory. It goes like this: We Bay Area clients are smack in the heart of maybe the biggest economic engine in the country, yet K-Girl rates are 10-20% less than other places. Any decent 20-something will come here and immediately feel screwed, pardon the pun. If they do have independence and mobility, they'd be fools not to bail outta here for LA or any other region. The only ones who stay are those who no one in those other markets would accept at the rates asked. We must look like cheap-ass bastards here compared to the dream of landing in Silicon valley. The only way the talent is going to stay here is if they get what they see as locale-appropriate compensation. I say that as someone who is priced out of the game at those rates, so please don't flame me too badly. Discuss. sagon this one. I have often said that the BA is a convenient POE for Kgirls coming to the US, but they don't stay long once they find out they make more in other cities. There are plenty of places to work. Some orgs have locations in multiple cities within the BA where they can move the girls around for potential business from more mongers, and its well-known as a sanctuary city, so even in the unlikely event they are busted, they will not be deported. Its a good place to learn the ropes before venturing out to greener pastures.
Vegas put themselves on the Kgirl map by attracting girls from California by charging $300 when at the time, the LA rate was $250. If they saw five guys in a day, it was like seeing six in LA. Same money, less work. They were also the first city to have Kgirl outcall at an upcharge of $100. The upcharge is shared between the girl and her driver.
I completely agree with your hypothesis that raising rates would both retain and attract a better grade of Kgirl, and it probably wouldn't price you or most other guys out of the market. It just mean 3 a month instead of 4, or some other multiple with a similar reduction in frequency.

I don’t know what the right price is. But I usually don’t pay just the base rate unless I’m absolutely never planning on coming back. And that hasn’t happened in a while.
But I do believe the market tends to adjust itself. And I think we’re seeing some of that adjustment going on right now.
Considering we pay $300/$320 on the EC for GFE, I consider $350 for PSE a steal. I've yet to encounter an agency girl advertising it though.
the North Korean girls that have been leading the charge into BBFS have not strayed far off of the West Coast yet. They seem to be the leaders in coming out and advertising BB. They do seem to have discovered Las Vegas, but Vegas has been at $300 for GFE service for a couple of years now. Since I don't see girls who advertise BBFS, I don't know what the upcharge is there for BBFS. Maybe someone who knows can help me out with that. I"m not sure I would say "love rimming". I nearly (99.9%) always pass and I've never seen any of the K-Girls seem disappointed at all and most seem happy with my choice.
I don't think they see it as any type of taboo which I suspect a lot of the western providers might -- but that is probably because Asians have a much longer history or very good hygiene and washing their ass rather than merely wiping. While having come back after a hiatus from mid 2017 to late 2019 I have also been paying 3 for most visits. They don't seem to be calling them GFE and GFE+ as they used. As a new customer they seem to break things on time (but also suspect the bookers are trying to ensure top prices so not being clear on options -- don't see a rate schedule posted these days).
That said, before I never really noticed much difference if I paid for + or not -- yes the expectation was that + ensured CIM but that's not such a big deal for me. I like to finish during the fucking. If I knew I really wanted to have CIM for a given sessions I'd pay up. But still, more than a few times I ended up getting CIM for a regular session. I would also sometimes just ask for + but never ask for CIM as something of the tip for the girl (though generally if I was going to tip I just tipped directly)
But you're right, the 40 is not really something that I would sweat about so having the booker always "offer" me the 300 option is not an issue or bother me.
