Min is coming back this week. She'll be available

for a korean getting a student visa to US is extermenly difficult.  you have to take a test and apply at the US embassy and they do full background and ecomomic check and your age...ie...that means the person has to be 18-26 etc. Any older then that and pretty much no chance because think your not really going to study. and they also verify your school in the US is accredited and a real school.    and the reasons why coming to US.  they even check where your US school is located.  like if you list your school in LA or NY city you have hi chance of rejection.  espeically if you have no income or unknow source income and/or no relatives in US etc.

Can't tell if you're joking or serious, lol.  But if that is a viable option, by all means we should be pushing it on the 90-day stars-who-might-become-icons-but-visa-expires.  I wonder!

I personally know a few girls that have taken advantage of the California law allowing illegals to get drivers licenses.  Then they can leave even if they overstayed and come back through Canada where the California License is all you need to show residency to cross the border. However, they have to get the license BEFORE they leave, so it takes some advance planning.   Its a flawed law, but works for our Kgirls, and they don't even have to learn Spanish!
