Public Service Announcement for you guys kind of new to TER

I think many of you have noticed that a long post without "paragraph breaks" is extremely difficult to wade through as it looks just like a giant block of text, and most of us have been conditioned over the years to simply click the "enter" key on our keyboard twice in order to give a break in between paragraphs and to start a new one. Unfortunately when TER created it's last version of "New TER" there was a glitch that now requires you to hit the enter key THREE times to successfully make a paragraph break.

I know when you type your post/s and you start a new paragraph by hitting enter twice, it LOOKS like you have started a new paragraph, but when the rest of us actually read your post that's not what we see. Please, in consideration of those of use you hope will read your posts, try hitting the enter key three times so your readers won't end up staring at a two hundred word post without a single paragraph break in it.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled bickering and squabbling.

Some posters insert a character such as a period . or hyphen - or comma , to create a "paragraph break." I'll do that here, as an example.
.
That dot . is not a speck of dirt on your display. It is a paragraph separator.  It is a little more WYSIWIG than "enter" x 3.
,
Please pick a method ("enter enter enter" --or-- "enter . enter") in the interest of making multi-paragraph posts more easily readable.

Thank you.

You guys have officially crossed the line.   Do you insist on coasters or doilies under my Manhattan?

I believe the correct term is "grumpy."

Should we get in a shit storm argument over why this is only addressed to newby k-mongers?

So glad you posted this, GaGa! I've been frustrated by lack of an intuitive line break between my paragraphs for a long time. So I went to the enter-dot-enter method to stay sane.

I've just used three "enters" to see what happens. Hope it works!
.
@dantananot, I absolutely demand you use a coaster for that drink, buddy.  I've got nice furniture... :p

Life is good.

Fair enough, the next time I have something more than a paragraph's worth of profound thoughts (don't hold your breath, LOL) I will keep that in mind...
