Im going to dive into the kgirl waters. Up here in the SFBay area there are a lot of aamp agencies. What is your advice for selecting an agency? I found a pretty comprehensive list of places but not a lot of details.

its less a question of YOU choosing an agency, and MORE a question of them choosing you for approval.  You need to start by  picking an agency where screening is easy.   Some will accept employment verification.  There is some in SoCal that accept P411 membership, but I don't know if any in the BA are doing that yet. Indies don't usually respond to ref requests from Kgirl bookers.  Get your foot in the door any way you can, see several girls at the first org, and then ask the booker if they will give you a reference for another agency for "A" girl you want to see there.  Make some friends in your area by posting on your regional board who can give you intel on which agencies are newbie-friendly.  

Although recently the scrutiny of screening has risen, for many orgs references will be enough. Many will tell you if you don't have references or you have refs they don't like, you can send a selfie and drivers license. While I don't recommend that route if you want to keep your pii, it is the fastest and painless route.

 
The other route is to know which orgs will take you in without references, get refs from them and keep trying to get into the next tier. Which won't be easy since the middle tier knows which orgs screen and which don't, but with enough patience and knowledge, quite possible.

I was out of the game for awhile. What I did when I came back was to just text the Korgs and Asian indies (my preference), with my situation, returned to the game, no current refs, until I got a session. Then I started texting again with the same explanation, but with one new reference!  Got another session, so now I have two refs! All without giving up any real personal info! It might take some time, but keep at it, good luck!
