I will be traveling in Germany this summer and was wondering if anyone knew of a reliable way to contact good providers there.

it is totally legal there and not even frowned upon.  There are upscale brothels that are classier than 4 star hotels.  U should have a dam fine time and an easy time finding a provider.

for private providers check news papers, there is a special section, no german needed
