and ask other ladies who they can recommend or have used in the past.  I doubt if photographers come on these boards looking for opportunities.  

With Inez at IL Sensual in LA and Olga at I See Sexy in Las Vegas. Since your bases in Seattle you might consider doing a tour in either City and visit Inez or Olga.

I guess the skin tone question can only be answered by others who can actually vouch for the photog. But how can anyone claiming to be a pro screw it up? You basically just dial in the tints, tones and hues until the photog and customer agree that there's a match -- or improvement

You can look for pics in other ads that you like. Style, backgrounds, poses, lighting, ... Then check the watermark on the pic, if any (Aldo, Black Lotus, etc.). If there is no watermark, contact the Provider and ask her who does her pics and how it went.

THEN, contact the photog you like and ask if they ever come to Seattle or if you can set up something else, mutually convenient.
