Tampa gentlemen and ladies I need your help....please?!
Hi y'all
I am considering relocating to the Tampa area...for my visits I stay in the Westshore Area, however I prefer something a bit more suburban, however still located right off a major highway so that I am still centrally located especially for the gentlemen that prefer visits during lunch time or right after work. It is my understanding that being close to 275 or I 4 is optimal...is that true? What cities/vicinities should I mention to my realtor to start my search?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Ok, I’m making a couple of assumptions here: You want affluent, and you want safe.
South Tampa, close to downtown would be close to a lot of high rise offices, doctors, and its close the the Air Base.
Carrollwood, or Westchase, there are still businesses, but it’s more where the money lives. Suburbia
