I'm not a P411 or Twitter user so I can't speak directly to whatever steps they took to protect themselves. From the chatter I've seen on this board (Gen Discussion) it appears P411 was sold to parties who may be less susceptible to US jurisdiction. As far as Eros is concerned, the LEO raid on their servers raises a serious question as to their current relationship with the govt. By hook or by crook, everybody has taken whatever protective steps they consider to be appropriate. Some have been extreme, like TER, and others less so. Whether those steps will be sufficient has yet to be tested, and nobody wants to be that test case. As far as TER is concerned, barring either a change in the law or in TER's interpretation of potential risks, I don't expect anything to change. And that was, and remains, the essential point of my post.
