I debated whether to even post this as I'm not a negative person but thought I should to let others avoid same waste of time/frustration.  

The first time I scheduled Emma Ter Id 285206,
(a week in advance) before visiting FL in late Feb/Mar while her no show with no explanation that day was extremely disappointing after we had confirmed several times leading up to appointment day, she responded to my email asking what happened the next day and said she had been hospitalized and couldn't communicate so I of course sympthasized with her situation and told her if she ever visited ATL let me know and we'd meet and wished her a speedy recovery. Fast forward to early May and she had on her P411 she's visiting ATL in mid May. So we have several friendly exchanges, I rejuggle schedule to meet her on first day and we're all confirmed. She was to land at 10am and had requested early checkin at ATL airport hotel and being a weekday thought it would not be a problem. With my own travel challenges I knew I had to be flexible. So I reach out to confirm early that Am and she replies my flight is delayed a bit. I say no problem let's shoot for 11:30 and play by ear. I ask for an update an hour later after driving to airport which is an hour+ away and then same as before. No response, zero, nothing. Ironically she notes her cancellation policy on her P411 ad as she must of had bad client experiences before but apparently doesn't see the need to have the common courtesy to msg someone if other direction. I could've handled any reason including I just don't feel comfortable but no response at all is just unbelievable and she wasted hours of my time which was very frustrating as I had jockeyed schedule just to meet her.  Anyway as the last review in April noted she wasn't feeling well maybe that's the issue and if so I truly hope she recovers but given my experience I would proceed with extreme caution.
