When I go to log on my P411 account, it says error service not available. Is everyone else having this issue?

In response to the P411 problem, I called their customer service number and was informed they were doing  
updates or repairs on the site and it was taking longer than expected.

Been on p411 for years.  For the most part, they are always up and running.  If they are down, just wait a few hours and they'll be back.  xox
