There were no ad boards, no photo boards, and only about a dozen regional boards, most of which covered western cities.  Ladies were limited to one ad post per week on any local board, and they were often relegated to page two or beyond after being up for a day at most.  Back then, ladies often had to post commentary (with their website attached) in order to get noticed.  Moderation back then was more strict as well.  Despite that, it worked.   Since I am old school, it's still commentary here on the regional and general boards that attracts my interest more than ads.  That being said, I do like the photo board, and check in there daily to see our lovely lady friends.  Here as well to the weekly theme photo posts, since I know many of the ladies here, even though I live near NYC.  Those that I know and like, get liked automatically.  TER has apparently restricted the photo board by not posting new threads yesterday or today, but left the last thread from two days ago open, and a number of smart ladies have continued posting up to a half hour ago, some for a second time.    So while it appears to be closed on the surface, not quite so if you know how to things work here.  I'll bet that the photo theme post from last week here is also still open, and that further posts can still be made, even if they aren't allowing a new theme to be opened this week.  What's to stop you from changing the theme there on last week's post, or starting a new weekly post on your own?

Since ad boards came into play, I would often check them just to see what new ladies might be on the scene. I can do without as I have a list of ladies I have seen that I want to repeat and several new ladies who have kindled my interest but I have yet to visit with.

I'm not sure how much traffic or views you would receive from the ad board but you just have over 200 views Toni in One day. Most men will eventually move to this board seeing no Florida ads or any US ads for that matter. I'm sure more "in search of ads" will pop up as well.

 
I remember the old Florida board well and all the regulars who participated. Most of the time a friendly banter coexisted with ads.  Ads moved quickly and some ladies did complain so the ad board was created. We had photo days and some gentlemen didn't like seeing the same old pics hence the photo board was created. Lately few ladies have participated on any special theme days for photos. I think that might change now since so many ladies must have new pics to share.  

 
Time will be on our side if this is how TER thinks they will stay up, alive and available for our community. Things will work out as they usually do. No one really likes changes and finding ways to do things differently takes time.

Personally I think Toni is right, time to adapt or time to change. It might be a huge pain in the ass, but it is what it is.

If your on here and looking you can always search for your area or that your in or going to be in. Currently the Photo only page is a great way......... great visuals......Thank you ladies. Maybe TER will come up with regional photo's as some others have suggested.

Not to mention other sites with names or numbers but from both sides of the fence, its worth the investment to be seen, and for us to look at on a few of the top ones like TER and for us to review back. It will keep everyone cumming back

Ladies why isn't it, or is it, ok to post about your schedules or visiting locations?  We can pick it up from there.

this place is very different than it was 17 years ago when i joined. It was owned and operated by a man who some claim was abusive and ultimately went off to do some time.  We all used to know the moderators, they were regional. This forum was a place the ladies posted themed pictures. As it evolved and became less personal I stopped writing reviews and went to read only like the other boards I follow. It's rare that i would choose to post here but Toni is on message and I felt it important to support her position.  

For me it has remained as my go to reference for making decisions about who to see. Yeah, I miss the ad boards but it's not the end of TER for me. I expect this forum will replace it in some respects.

I havent used the ad boards in months not since I moved to Ft Myers in December  
I have business and Im busy enough I havent felt the need to post on the ad board but the evolution is startling change is concerning ter p411 backpage and whos next????  I dont know how we evolve from this...

Figure out what they still have in common. Ads are great but there are a lot of other ways to connect with you favorite ladies. Discussion may just be the answer to bringing back a little bit of a sense of community. Honestly - I found the discussion boards to be as dry as a slice of day old toast most days. Maybe now it will get a little interesting.
