Ok this is what has been going on. Please feel free feedback.  

A client I have been seeing for almost 2yrs about 2-3 times a month has gone alittle overboard in my books. He has started texting out of the blue everyday and all hours of the night. Sometimes he is drunk . He blows up my phone with nonsense.  I say I am busy and have asked him to chill out but he has not. Some times it's simple things about our next meet others it's totally stupid things like should he do this or that or how he should change . It's almost at the point I want to tell him 2 take a hike bc he is interruptING my normal/daily life. He knows I am involved yet keeps up with would I ever...

.... where you stated that you call potential clients at all times I don't see what your issue is.  You seem to have set your boundaries that promote such activity.  However, if you have told the gentleman no, he refuses to stop calling or texting and you really don't want that interaction with him then the simple thing to do is just block his number and refuse to see him anymore.
