Lockers in the clubs

Finally I may have a chance to visit Shark during a layover. My question is since I won't have a hotel, would they be able to keep my suitcase (a roller case that has to be checked in) behind the counter while I was in the club?

Anyone had any experience or knowledge on this?

Thanks very much.

Assuming you are coming from FRA airport or from the city, I would store your luggage at the airport luggage storage or in the lockers at Frankfurt Main HBF.  The lockers in the train station are pretty cheap and come in different sizes.  As far as storing it at the club, I know the main lockers are not big enough.  I would guess there is somewhere behind reception where they could keep your bag, but I'm not sure how secure that would be.

Thanks very much and I'll check it out.

Another question, I've seen suggestions on taking train to Shark from the airport by having to go through main HBF. DB app on my phone actually suggested bus with connections between airport and Shark. When I look at the schedule, good thing is the buses are still running around 4am, when the club closes.

I've never been to Germany so don't know if this is true or how buses compared to train. Would very much appreciate some insight on these.

Thanks.

If you are going to Sharks straight from the airport, the AirLiner bus from FRA airport to Darmstadt HBF is the best option.  It's pretty quick and costs just under 10 Euro.  You would have to go through the city and the main HBF and change trains to get to Darmstadt.  Once you get off the bus at Darmstadt HBF, from there you can either take a taxi to Sharks or you can take the train one or two stops to Darmstadt Nord station.  From there it's less than a 10 minute walk to the club.  The DB app is very useful and accurate for the train and bus schedules.  Google maps is very useful as well.

Here's info about storing your bags at the FRA airport.

This is very helpful. Thanks very much.

Another questions in prep for my trip.

If I need to check my phone quickly on calls or messages/emails, or make a call quickly, is there some kind of conference room to allow this in the club?

Thanks very much.

In the few clubs that I've been to I've never seen a conference room or business center.  I'm not sure what the rules are, but I think some clubs might even prohibit cell phone use for obvious privacy reasons.  With that said, if I just need to send a quick text or check messages, I've done so discreetly in the locker room.  If I have to make a quick phone call, I've gone outside in the garden area to a corner where no one was hanging around and made a quick phone call without issue.
