Three truckers meet at a rest stop restaurant and are ready for lunch.    The first guy orders a hamburger, the second guy orders a cheeseburger and the last guy orders a hot dog.   A heavy waitress brings their lunch, pulls out the hamburger from her right arm pit and puts it on the plate.    The first trucker says it the most disgusting thing he has ever seen, why do you do that".   The waitress says "to keep your meat warm".    Then she pulls out the cheeseburger from her left arm pit.   The second trucker says it is strange you have to do it.   The waitress "do you have a problem with it".    

The third trucker tells the waitress "I am canceling my hot dog".
