A man who was scheduled to have a vasectomy was by mistake given a sex change operation.     The surgeons gathered around his bed in the recovery room to break the bad news to him.

The man says "Oh no Dear God No,  I will never be able to experience an erection again!"

"Of course you will still be able to experience and enjoy an erection again" one surgeon tells him.    "However, it will have to be someone else's".
