This wife goes to a doctor and complains about her husband's penis:

Doctor: "what seems to be the problem with your husband"
Wife: "His penis has so many holes, when he pees it is like a sprinkler with his urine going all over the floor"
Doctor: "Is your husband here"?
Wife: "Yes he is here, I can bring him in"

Doctor asks the husband to drop his pants and remove his boxer and looks at his penis.   He finds at least 8 holes all around.

Doctor: "I have never seen anything like this before.    I will give a phone number for you to call"
Wife: "Is the person a specialist"
Doctor: "No he plays Clarionet.    He knows how to keep those holes covered".
