I would say that joining P 411 would be your best bet. You can join by either having the prerequisite referrals, Job and ID verification, or a combination of methods.
Once you are a P 411 member, look for P 411 ladies who advertise as "newbie friendly" or women who will accept "basic members" after each session ask the women you see to give you an "Okay" and very soon you can see anyone you want. Once you get a few okays under your belt screening will become a breeze and what used to take days can be accomplished in hours or even minutes.Fairly new to Dallas area and been away from the hobby for 1+ year ... suggestion on verification process? not sure if my referrals will remember at this point ...

GaGambler nailed it! Listen to the man when you can! He's been around and knows the hobby. I'm a newbie as well and will be joining P411 when I can. I will say this tho, being new and not being able to join P411 right away, I've been able to get verified a few times without P411. I usually go thru here or email. I try and write polite and respectable messages and it seems to work. I sometimes offer to give my employment info. For some reason that has worked and I get set up with classy and hot providers. I plan on still going the P411 route though. Have fun again and good luck!

Most ladies won't accept references that are more than 12 or sometimes 6 months old. Though, finding newbie friendly ladies or those who see P411 members without okays should be a breeze. Best of luck!
