Screening well should make this rare. The flakey Chicks who NCNS, word gets around. If I was a guy and was NCNS I'd try and find out if a real life event happened. Car wrecks, Work emergencies or sometimes just forget. Also, the guy might have obtained pertinent information about the provider, location or situation. Always as a courtesy Let's try to give as much notice as possible.
