I set up a date with a local provider in the next few weeks. However, I noticed I am from a state on the Chicago quarantine list but live in a part where there's little covid activity.
 Will I need to cancel? What precautions will i need to take? Will hotels be required to notify authorities upon my check in?

It all probably depends on the lady and hotel. But I doubt you’ll have a problem.
