I am new to the hobby and have a couple of newbie questions.
I have read about, and experienced once, the so-called LE Check wherein the provider asks you to touch her breasts to prove that you are not law enforcement. The theory being (correct me if am wrong) that law enforcement is not permitted to have sexual contact with a provider, and touching her breasts counts as sexual contact. Is a kiss "sexual contact"? If the provider has sexual contact with law enforcement then the arrest is proper. Am I correct in understanding this whole thing? Or am I missing something?
The corollary to the above is, if you are visiting a "sting" provider, i.e. law enforcement is pretending to be a "provider", is there a similar LE Check that should be done, or if the "provider" in this case rejects/refuses an offer of performing the above mentioned LE Check should that make a person turn around and leave?
Finally, even the LS Check is "passed" by the client, I would assume that one still places the donation in a table rather than handing it to the provider. And does placing it on a table give you any protection from trouble?
Sorry for the length of this post but I did a search on this topic and came up dry.
There are counties where LE will have full service sex with a provider THEN arrest her. The LE check is outdated and means nothing to an officer who doesn't care. The best way to insure a provider isn't LE is to get on that is well reviewed and or has a great reputation with web presence. Nothing thing to remember, LE doesn't screen, they want to get as many people as fast as possible so they don't care who you are. lol they will have your info soon after the arrest. lol
As far as placement, if you aren't mentioning it, and follow the rules of the provider you are seeing, it shouldn't be an issue, if you are with LE it doesn't matter if you put in in her hand, on the table, or try to wait until after to pay. they got you. With a well reviewed provider please do not try to wait until the end of the date to leave her rate. do not make her have to ask for it or where it is (it's really annoying and starts the date off really awkwardly.

The LE check thing is pure fantasy. It's true that a cop could have sex with a girl and then arrest her. And if a hobbyist even enters a room with a policewoman he will be arrested. He doesn't have to DO anything. If you're there they got you.
