Agreed. And that's the way a Birthday Discount should be. A Client should NEVER ASK for a Birthday Discount on the first meeting on their Birthday. I know personally I only offer B-day deals to those who visit often as a reward for their patronage.

If a provider gave a Birthday Discount on the very first meeting, then the client will expect that same discount on the next meeting there after.
