On that list, titty fucking strikes me as pretty GFE. Hell, I don't know if I've ever had a GF that wasn't down for that.
Everyone has their own definition of GFE, so there really isn't what I would call a definitive answer to this question. Although, there may be overlaps in some areas. Some say it's not a GFE session unless certain activities are provided such as DFK, BBBJ, while others may disagree. I heard some say that GFE should include any activities that one would do with a real girl friend, but not all real girl friends allow the same activities or have the same passion as others ...and the list goes on and on.
I've heard all sorts of definitions of PSE too. Some define a PSE session if it includes greek, but in reality not all porn stars do greek and there are a number GFE provides who allow greek, so there is also overlap between PSE and GFE. I've been told by a couple of real porn stars that it more about the "intensity" of the session, since it's not considered a romantic GFE type of experience.
Personally, I usually see what the particular providers definition is for GFE and/or PSE and then compare them to my expectations. If we're on the same page, then there is no problem. Sometimes a provider may have a complete different definition than yours, so you never know.

...which is a pretty darn open and long list of acronyms & activities look pretty tame compared to what I've seen some ladies allow in their PSE/Kinky GFE or whatever (and that's kind of saying a lot without saying too much).
