There is concern in our hobbyist community for safe sex.  I totally argee that a condom is best protection for both the provider and the hobbyist to avoid HIV infection.  However, oral sex is not really addressed concerning this decease.  Can HIV virus be transmitted via oral sex?  BBBJ or DATY?  I am one that enjoys both, but not to the extent of getting the HIV virus.

I'm looking for advice on this HIV topic and let me know of any website that addresses this issue.  Both provider and hobbyist reply are welcomed.

This discussion has surface several times on TBD and once on TJR, see these sites for references. The bottom line is that Yes HIV can be transmitted through unprotected oral sex. It is a much rarer occurance than transmission though unprotected intercourse or greek, but the risk still exists.
