I have asked staff to correct the performance rating of 7 to a 9 which is more accurate;  I'd give her a 10 if there had been more DFK [a first visit, so i understand, but we cant just be handing out perfect 10s across the board, can we?]  She's damn well near perfect, IMHO [of course, YMMV]
