What to put into my review.

I recently met a girl for our first date, and here's what happened. She surprised me when I came in by asking me if I wanted to blindfold and handcuff her. Who wouldn't? So I took the things she offered me and used them to restrain her, blindfold on, arms cuffed behind her back. We proceeded to have a pretty special session. For geographic reasons we probably won't be meeting again, unfortunately.

Here's my question. She has plenty of reviews and none of them mention this sort of thing. Should I mention it?

Why not?  Maybe she was trying out a new service on you.  If it happened in your session, go ahead and mention it.

She may not want it to be known...or maybe she does.
Either way, you do not want to get into situation where she denies it and state that it's a fake review.

a little courtesy can go a long way and avoid unpleasant misunderstandings later.

Be a gentleman first.

It may have been a YMMV thing!  If you write a review about it then many will expect it and she may have a few unpleasant situations on her hands.

mention it but simply offer the disclaimer YMMV. If you're not truthful with your reviews, both pro and con, what's the point of even writing it? It basically becomes a Penthouse Letter.

Like the others said. I would maybe email her as a follow up. Let her know you were going to leave a review an mention those things. If she's ok then def tag as ymmv
