I will be in Raleigh soon and want to do some shopping.  I can not take the company vehicle. Before I confirm my shopping trip I would like to know if Uber is reliable from the South Pointe area to the Wake Med Cary area. I really don't want to get stranded.

Obviously YMMV but I have had very good experiences with both Uber and Lyft here in the RDU area.
