And what did you mean she's not new to the business?She only has four reviews (although I could swear that a few days ago there were more).
In person, she actually does seem new to the business and very GFE / GND like, and I don't think she was Lacey at BI. I'm not positive (bad sign that I can't remember) but I think I saw Lacey once, and Sofia is definitely not someone I had seen before.

Sofia is more like someone who is not in the business than any provider I have met. At the same time she is as much at ease and eager to please as any experienced provider I've known.
