Well, it appears that all our SP's are a little shy with newbies. The best advice I could offer is to choose SP's based on the reviews posted and have fun.  Boston has the best ladies.  PS - Dont forget to post your own reviews based on your experiences and should you stray from TER you will no doubt be "taking one for the team".  Best of Luck.
