Why do you need to be 21 years old? As long as you are 18 and pay by credit card hotel chains wouldn't ask for an id unless you pay cash.
Prebook online thru a priceline, hotel.com, or bookings.com.
Arrive and give them a credit card to swipe and check in to your room.
It is up to the hotel to set the minimum age requirements but unless you are getting rooms during spring break in Daytona a credit card should be enough.
When I was younger and trying to get hotel rooms one of the hotel managers told me it was an insurance thing. Whether that's true or not, I don't know. I do know that I had a lot of trouble getting rooms when I was under 21. Same with car rentals.
...you have someone 21 and older to check you in. I know a few girls who have problems all the time, Sofia. Just because you book online with a credit card especially through a 3rd party where they will not recognize that you are 18 doesn't mean that will override hotel policy. There are a handful that are 18+ but you will constantly run into issues especially if the hotel is 4star with bar or restaurant.
