How Gags Feel to the Gaggee

The civvie BDSM world includes a variety of gags. Maybe those are a little edgy for P4P activity. The ones found in th eonline BDSM supply stores come in the usual varieties, the most extreme being the inflatables, those having their own extreme of a multi-lobed shape that puffs the cheeks while pressing down on the tongue. In an online story featuring extreme bondage I found a gag that went a step further by extending down the bottom's throat: a DT gag.

Is it possible gags and DT induce similar arousing sensations

I love using panties as gags! Definitely arousing for me - Something about the feminine texture (from a lacy g-string to soft, thin cotton briefs), the way it conforms within my mouth and soaks up all the moisture, knowing that my own garment is used in binding me, and it doesn't tire out my jaw for other activities to come! Panties are so useful for BDSM...I've had them used as blindfolds, wrist ties, humiliation tools (made to sniff and lick someone else's panties, or even wear them home after they've been in my mouth for hours). But by far, I luuuurve having them stuffed into my mouf!

Funny true story - I once made a midnight run to my local deli for some yogurt. As I stepped up to the counter and my usual friendly cashier, I pulled out my wallet and a tissue to blow my nose. Instead, I pulled out a pair of used panties still soaking from being stuffed inside my mouth in lieu of a gag. Fml.

When I am in charge I make sure the gag does not put stress in the TM joints.  Any length of time and these really hurt and can be damaged
I also make sure the sub can breath through the gag easily.  I tend to use open gaga or thoe with open passages in the middle of them.  Partially closed nasal passages can swell during excitement and there can be air hunger during various play and this can easily go from exciting to panic to dangerl
If you know the person and he or she is aware of any medical problems, one squirt of afrin spray in each nostril helps keep nasal passages open.
