Say it to me during a casual conversation and I just acted like it didn't happen. Thinking back on it, I hope that it didn't make her feel weird because I didn't acknowledge what she said.
A favorite provider told me she was in love with me. I had feelings for her as well but kept them to myself because of the situation. In a way it validated that I wasn't crazy for having the feelings. We tried being a couple. In the end it didn't work out but I don't regret it. I do miss the friendship we had beforehand though, as you can never really get that back...

I will concede that most of the times it's happened, it was with a woman for whom English was not her primary language. I have an Asian girl I see on a pretty regular basis say it all the time to me, and I have to admit, it can be kind of a turn on although I was kind of taken aback the first time she said it, in her case however saying "I love you" is pretty much synonymous with "I love the way you fuck me" not that she is actually in love with me.
It is kind of funny though, "te amo mi amor" rolls right off my tongue without me feeling awkward at all, but saying "I love you" in English is something I can't imagine doing just because the sex is so good that I would say in mid coitus.
I've slipped and said it, but I don't think either one of us took it seriously.
I've had it said to me as well, but again, I put it in perspective and didn't give it much thought. It was more like a, "Love you!" as she was leaving.
We all like and love lots of people--not a big deal. Just laugh it off.
But it is only the temporary love that ends when the session is over. I doubt they ever thought of me again until I made my next appointment.
