Are the any counties/areas know to be relatively safe for hobbyists and providers, at least compared to Dunwoody? Surely not every LE agency in the Atlanta area considers victimless transactions between consenting adults something worth spending time and resources on. I won't lie; recent events have scared the you-know-what out of me and I'm not exactly risk averse. I was planning on getting back into the hobby after a break but the landscape has really changed. Honestly, the thought of spending time in the company and bed of a beautiful lady will probably still override any trepidation I may have (I'm only human) but the local gun-toting Puritans sure are taking some of the fun out of it. I guess I'm venting a little and looking for advice given the current state of things.

Why don't you do an outcall to your place or to a hotel that you rent the room ? Law Enforcement isn't likely to be following one girl around to her outcalls.....pick a high or mid range property .....
I have enjoyed the hospitality provided by the wonderful ladies of Atlanta for a long time whenever I work down that way and have always (well all but once, but that was special) paid the upcharge for an outcall to my hotel. As you say LE is unlikely to make the effort to track one provider, cops tend to go after the low hanging fruit. I used both agencies involved in the Dunwoody bust many times, LE may have my alias e-mail address and burner phone # but not a video of my fat bare ass with an escort..... safety first in all aspects - party on...
If you've used either agency in the past, the Dunwoody Police are asking that you contact them. They didn't elaborate on why.....
Unless you are dumb enough to incriminate yourself, or even tacitly incriminate yourself by even talking to LE in such a matter without counsel, it's highly unlikely that simply having been a one time client is going to result in LE doing a damn thing to you.
I remember what happened in the DMV area a few years back, stupid johns were falling all over themselves to confess to shit they did in the third grade out of fear. EVERYONE in this country has the right to STFU, let's see if you have the ability (With thanks to Ron White. lol)
Isn't that the whole point of "hobby emails" and "burner phones" you can simply deactivate/toss them when something like this comes down.
LE is reportedly pressuring the girls to identify clients. What if LE is going over old security camera footage of vehicles in the apartment complex the escort agency used and running the plates of high end vehicles that rich successful clients would drive. It would only then be a matter of pulling the driver license of said vehicle owner that has his picture and the getting a positive verification from the hookers that he was a client. The way LE operates in Dunwoody that would be grounds for an arrest. I admit it would be time consuming and would yield little benefit but it could happen to arrest some select clients that think a burner phone and hobby email will protect them. The ADA that was arrested probably thought his bare ass was covered by a hobby phone.
I don't think he was serious about turning oneself into the Dunwoody PD. It may have been more of a response to the cockiness of the successful attorney. I do agree that availing onself to LE would yield a negative benefit. Everyone must follow their conscience in these matters.
They will arrest on their next go around. They may still be sifting through the records looking for some dumbass shooting his mouth off on a fuck board about how he is smarter than the cops. Just sayin. It doesn't pay to be too over confident.
Overconfidence is surely to be avoided - however dumbass is soooo inappropriate in this instance. It appears that I have 10 times the reviews as the one calling the names and I review about half the providers I see, experience is how we acquire knowledge. I've spent 45 years in courtrooms with a 97% success rate, I'm not necessarily smarter than the cops, that refers to intelligence and unlike you I don't prejudge anyones intellect, but I use my experience and caution to be proactive and do all I can avoid those situations that may become problematic.
