Provider's offense date was January 3rd. I didn't check on the offense date on the original John's that were arrested but it looks like anyone that was there in December may be arrested so there may be more arrests on the horizon.
Has posted more arrests today with several Johns and a provider. All have the same charge as those arrested in the past busts so not sure if it is related to the prior Agency. Nothing is reported in the AJC.
Familiar like as one of the Agency Girls but maybe someone else may recognize her.

"I have a friend" Who was a regular of both agencies untill about the middle of October. All of the information that has been announced indicates they received a tip a few months back before they announced the arrests. My guess it was probably going to November or maybe even December before they had the video surveillance set up.
During the 4th Quarter of 16, you should be ok. I wonder about the outcall arrangements as LE knows your identity if a provider went to your house or hotel room.
Anything to distract from getting caught whackin' your willy in a public park, I reckon.
I only saw one provider there, and all the others were johns. Not sure whether she is independent nor not. I was thinking if she is indeed independent, wow, and so many johns were arrested...... I will stay away from that county forever.
With the misdemeanor charge, the Georgia statue of limitations would protect someone that used the agency over 2 years ago correct? Would this also apply to the felony RICO charge?
If you know the site to look on for the arrest notice the offense date of all the Johns that have been arrested in this case. I'm pretty sure most every John has an offense date of dec something 2016. I don't remember seeing any offense date for the guys for Nov of 2016. Someone correct me if I'm wrong for the johns arrested. That tells me they had the cameras in there in December not November like I heard before. Though it doesn't mean that they won't arrest more with a offense date in November.
No one knows when the surveillance cameras started but I assume it was sometime late November or December 1st that they started based on the Johns offense dates. They can only prove what they have on video tape. It would be tough to get a conviction out of circumstantial evidencesuch as them having records of appts before the cameras where installed, you are likely safe in that case. Not 100%
I know everyone is freaked out about this but if you didn't visit the agency say 4th quarter of 2016 please stay calm. If you're not calm, go talk to a lawyer. If you're called for questioning or to go down there and talk you do NOT have to. The only way they can make you is by arresting you. Don't incriminate yourself out of fear.
For what it's worth the statute of limitations on the MISDs are 2 years from the offense date. The statute of limitations for Rico which is a felony is 5 years from the offense date. But I was told by someone who talked with a lawyer that to be charged with the rico there has to be an underlying charge to go with it. I'm not a lawyer so I will not say that with 100% certainity. I don't know if anyone saw the ladies arrested with criminal attempt and rico but they were part of the bust as well. I assume they were arrested from the photos taken of them. Some maybe only interviewed and did photos but didn't stay long and some may have quit sometime between October and December but those arrests were definitely related to this case.
Criminal attempts charges are hard to stick. But they have been pulling whatever they can out of their asses to arrest all of the ladies they can.
As for johns they said in the beginning they were working on identifying up to some 130+ johns. Even if the cameras were only there for the month of December can you imagine how many different guys came in and out of there. If they had those cameras in there any longer than a month or two we would have already been seeing way more arrest from both ladies and johns.
There's no telling how long these arrest will go on like this. Everyone needs to play safely and with people you know and trust. If you visited the agency in the 4th quarter and haven't been arrested go talk to a lawyer if you haven't already. Not knowing your rights is not going to help you.

I agree with Cristin. If they had cameras in the apartment for November and December there would be hundreds of John's arrested rather than a few dozen. They might just be picking up the stragglers.

It's amazing how quickly Atlanta went from having several outstanding agencies to basically none.
Thank goodness for our awesome independent girls that are very careful and very selective on who they choose to meet in person.

Just noticed there was one more on May 20th. The offense date was December 22. I'm assuming this is still related to what happened in January.
Looks like LE is still picking up some of the stragglers. I noticed several providers that were arrested and not charged with prostitution as they were just charged with the misdemeanor and felony. They must not have been on film, but They all have the same case number as the johns, pimps, and other providers. Should be an interesting day in court when they have the first hearing. Anyway, any John's that visited the agency in December that have not been arrested should probably not be too comfortable. Maybe LE is playing a little mind game.
For sure. Also, I'm sure there are plenty of dudes who only visit atlanta for work. Might take a while to bring them in as well.
Good point. I wonder if any celebrities will be caught up in this mess.
FYI - Check the AJC. Dunwoody Police announced 13 more arrests and included names today.
Same guys from a month ago, it looks like.
I hope they're old. I thought they were completely NEW arrests. That's the way it's reported.
The Dekalb Online Judicial System or OJS does not show any arrests for new suspects from today back to June 1. The people listed in the AJC article today were arrested over a month ago. If you want help in searching the OJS for yourself let me know via PM and I am happy to help.
