Ain't no rest for the wicked

Heard this long ago gem the other day.
At a Waffle House, strangely.
Ok, don't judge.

Anyway - ladies and gents do you have any good songs that remind you of the hobby?
Or naughty times in general?

Please share with the class...

On a nerdish side note, this song was the intro to the great video game "Borderlands."

Brick: "Are those... vaults?"
Mordecai: "You know what that means...:
Lilith: "Yeah.  No rest for the wicked."

"The A Team" - Ed Sheeran
"Arizona" - Kings of Leon
"You Can Leave Your Hat On" - Joe Cocker

I hadn't heard "Arizona" before - I really like it.  Good stuff.  Thank you for that.
And I'm already a Joe Cocker and Ed Sheeran fan.

Since you brought such a solid assortment, let me see if I can honor it with something respectable.

Ah, I think Miss LaBelle will do the trick...

Trick *teehee*

It was actually my ATF who turned me on to both Ed Sheeran and Kings of Leon.  She lived with me for a brief spell and during several road trips, she broadened my horizons - musically speaking of course.  Unfortunately she lived the story of "The A Team" - it consumed her.  Not sure what has happened to her but I hope she is well.

I hope she is well too.

To paraphrase Robert Frost (The Road Not Taken)

"I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference."

Or as I like to put it - whenever you have choices
to make in this life choose the one that will make
the best story.  Ultimately all we've got are
our memories and our stories.

Thank you for sharing yours.

If I said you had a beautiful body would you hold it against me
Slow hand
Ain't going down 'till the sun comes up
Start me up (and I'll never stop)

Those are good choices, Spin.  I sense a bit of a country theme there (except for your last one).  :-)

Although not technically about the hobby per se, I don't think any song sums up my time with the ladies as well as this one...  (great song too)

Great song in a big episode of Sons

I've not watched that show, but I can see where it would fit in well.

There are many, many, many songs that remind me of the hobby...it might be easier for me to name the songs that don't lol! But, I guess the #1 Hobby Song of all time would belong (ironically) to The Police...Roxanne. Or would that be a non-hobby song...hmmmm???   ;-)

xoxo
Caylee

Roxanne, good one Caylee.  I find it a bit preachy but I do like it.  I always thought it should have been called "Captain Save-a-ho sings the blues."

But that's probably just me.  ;-)

Uh well,  there was at least one good parody song....

Slow Ride - Foghat
Love in an Elevator - Aerosmith
Legs - ZZ Top
If you can't rock me - Stones
Come to Poppa - Bob Seger

I see you are a man well versed in the classic rock style.
Good job in your selections.
I have some very fond memories of "Hot Legs" myself.
Ah - to be young and stupid again.

Ok, just young.   The stupid part was redundant.

:-)

Thank you for that.  You made my day.
I know what you mean, there are some voices that just instantly put you in that mood - you know?  Nina Simone is one of those wonderful ladies.

Sade has always done it for me...

Late response, but Lady Gaga sure sounds like she is saying "poke her face" when I hear this song.

Well her name is Lady GAGa.

:-)

In the spirit of fair and balanced reporting...
Now for some female on female musical magic.
Mmmmmm.

Third Eye Blind - Faster
Stroke 9 - Make it Last

Good songs.
You pitched me an easy one my friend
since you brought up Stroke 9-

If feelin this good is a sin...
Let's do it all over again

Such a sexy song by a sexy lady!

Sexy yes.
And that young lady certainly has a penchant for flashing her breasts at the audience.
So count me in.
:-)

How about another naughty girl?

Probably my favorite band - Donna the Buffalo !!!
Part time lover.

Hmmm, sounds like if Jimmy Buffet and Jason and the Scorchers had a baby and it were raised by Dead South.

"I just want liquor and dirty whores
'Cause I don't care no more"

Ah hell, any excuse to play Dead South is good by me.

E - Sorry I'm late to the party.

This is an oldie from the dirty blues genre but it reminds me of my best hobby times whenever I hear it.

I hope you are well, my friend.

Hi Tony - ever the upscale gentleman!  I'm well, thanks for asking.

That made my day.  I'm always down with some blues.  Bone me like you own me - love it.

Man, a bunch of good ones popped up in my youtube queue...

About my love of watching women masturbate and the right honorable Reverend Horton Heat song One Time For Me came to mind.

Nice one Bri!
And ladies playing with themselves are super hot IMHO.

Let me return the favor with one from the late, great, purple prince...

No doubt, Prince knew what he was writing about!
