I travel for a living. Can't afford to see providers as often as I'd like. But do when I can find some funds in the "hobby" budget. I say all that to say this. I've found recently I get much more turned on reading those stories ( I realize most are fiction) than the porn. Kind of reminds me of the "penthouse letters"  of my high school years.
