Was wondering if anyone has advice for Manila. While I know it's not legal seems like it's also not all that hidden either. Will likely use one of the agencies there or see if I can find someone on one of the dating sites - though have not quite figured out if I think they are pure scam, hookup, mixed hookup-dating or what. Not thinking about look on the streets or in the bars -- though I suspect if some cute hooker approached me and didn't have a bad vibe I might give her a try. The agency I talked with briefly didn't seem to care what hotel I was going to be at, say they don't send anyone to the budget places but I'll probably be mid to mid-upper tier. Anything to worry about from either the hotel or LE walking around with a lady half my age?
Used an agency while visiting Manilla, and the front desk actually brought her to my room, no questions asked. It was a high end hotel, but YMMV. If you can make it work, visit Boracay while you're in the area. Well worth it.
Thanks. Sounds like I was mostly on the right track. Not in a high end place but hope they will be the same. I'll check with the booker to see what they say about the process.
Not sure if I can, though I suppose I could tell the hotel not to worry about me for a night so they don't think I checkout early without telling them or something. Otherwise I was planning on a couple of day trips -- which might be a stretch to get to Boracay.
Is the recommendation the beaches and ambiance or for hobby? I've read that it's limited -- but I think the girls are all indie so not bar fines.
I've been in touch with one of the agencies there are ready so planning on some of that but also wanted to see if I can find a local girl interested in western men -- though probably less a chance of that as I'm well past my 40s.
It's a restaurant and bar in a shopping center and at night just about every table has two or three available ladies and an empty chair for you to come sit down and talk to them. There are several hotels within a quick walking distance that I would recommend staying at do you and the girl you can you can just walk back to your hotel

You will find all the info you need on the www.philippines-addicts.com message boards. There are forums dedicated to the different cities/regions and I have found them to be very accurate. Heading back there in late October.. lots of fun.
