There is no difference, or no turn off in any way with a inflatable cock.  I had a friend who had the surgery & I find it fascinating, and a fun ride.

I have met several guys with penile implants and I thought it was really cool!  I did notice on each occasion that the implant was there.  But I am a very observant person regarding stuff like that.  I could see how someone might not notice if they were not paying attention.  I didn’t feel any difference in the ride at all!  Just a difference inside the scrotum where the pump mechanism was located.

I personally think it’s really cool and I bet lots of other providers would too.

I hardly see any issue with this and frankly if you fellas are okay with our lady implants why wouldn’t we be excited and happy for you with yours?  Hope all goes well!

But in the hobby, as a woman enjoying a man with a penile implant. I see no difference in how I enjoy HIM, nor how HE enjoys me.

The (pump inplant) imho, is the best way to go.

I know I'm not a lady but here's my 2 cents worth. I've had mine a couple years now.  No  way in hell can they tell you have an implant unless they play with your nut's.  Anyone with a 3rd nut is not natural.   By the way the best sex I've had in years.   Never has a lady had a problem with my implant.  I'm always been  invited back.

I had sort of ruled out going to an internal pump.  Right know I use an external pump.  All the meds either failed or were too complicated.  I will have to reevaluate.  Thank goodness for the over 60 board.  Thank you.
