My urologist recently diagnosed me with venous leakage, meaning blood flows into the penis upon arousal (natural or drug-aided), but begins to flow back out within 15 minutes or so. Obviously this is ineffective for intercourse. Anyone have any familiarity with this condition, and more importantly, solutions? Also, I'd like to hear from any providers who have experience in dealing with clients with this condition. Ejaculation is not affected; that still works. Thanks for any help.

from my verbal description of the problem. He also recommended a cock ring and said there is one available with a "pimple" (slight, discrete raised bubble) on the inside. The "pimple" should be place at the top center of the penis since that is where the vein is located and it puts some extra pressure directly on the vein. I've used a leather one with snaps- a nice BDSM look - and rubber/silicone stretchy ones, which come in different sizes and can be placed at various points, not just behind the cock and balls.
