The only issue is that most of the residents will be single women, since the men die off sooner. In my sisters' retirement community, there are very few men. One guy they call Romeo, he always has ladies lined up for his time and attention. I saw him having lunch with a table full of them. So, you have that to look forward to.
Also, you know they give Viagra to all the old men in homes? It keeps them from rolling out of bed.
