Hey people, I just got home from prostrate surgery, 2nd time, not removed but just reamed out. The Doc said I no longer can ejaculate, not even pre-cum, it will go into the bladder instead. He said my climax would feel the same as always. That is true I took care of myself today and all is as he said, dry as a bone but felt the same. I would like to know how you guys are handling this and do the ladies really care one way or the other? I have two regs. that I see that really like facials, so of course I won't be able to do that for them anymore. Please give me some feed back, I'm about to jump back in the saddle and would like some advice.

The 60 and over board is one of the newer boards so a 3 to 4 year search should do it.
You're lucky, I had all of mine removed a few years ago and it's been a bit of a struggle to get the equipment to work well. But I'm doing OK now. I have not had anyone complain about a lack of cum. I just am sure to tell them what to expect. I'm super sensitive after I orgasm and one lady who really had great skills forgot about it and when there was no cum she just kept at it while I squirmmed and squealed before I could get her to slow down. I do think my orgasms are more intense and I sometimes have what I call a super-orgasm when I orgasm but stay hard and keep orgasming for maybe a minute or more. Those are great when they happen.

My experience is similar - 1st "roto-rooter" process in 2001, and could still ejaculate but after 2nd TURP (trans urethral radical prostatectomy) in 2008, have had no ejaculate but orgasms are as intense as ever. I always tell the provider when I see a new gal and most of the mature ladies understand. Occasionally a lady relatively new to the business will be surprised and ask questions. Most appreciate it, especially when giving a BBBJ and most will allow CIM since there is no cum.
My Dr. says it's retrograde ejaculation and isn't a problem unless you want to be in a porno movie. My regulars like it because clean up is easy, BBBJCIM or intercourse. I do let new ladies know so they don't keep trying to milk something out of me.
yes there are dry orgasms, it took awhile for everything, erections and the orgasm to come back.
but the orgasm are very nice and intense but more harder to achive. my atf likes that there 'is no mess' . she doesn't do cim, but with no mess she does. and before I meet her, I could get other ladies to do cim. and at the end she doesn't have to get up to clean up, stays right there.

I have a couple regular friends who have had the same surgery...they are happy that medicine has progressed to allow them the pleasure of the orgasm and that their condition did not disallow that as an option. Make sure you choose providers that are mature and kind to openly help you explore the new and healthy you!! It is an adjustment...and certainly, do warn the new ladies in your life as 'tis true that they could try to yank it right off trying to get the evidence of climax.
