I have several clients whom have had prostate cancer.  One of them will never ejaculate again.  But he still enjoys having an orgasm.  I have another friend who wasn't able to produce any cum for over a year after being treated for prostate cancer.  But after about a year, he began producing cum again.  He was so pleased when it happened the first time!  I will never forget it.  He was just giddy about it.  LOL  That being said, the clients I know who no longer produce any cum seem to be very satisfied with the time we spend together.

I guess the amount of cum can measure satisfaction for some.  But definitely not for all.  I think it's tough to tell how much cum is produced each time anyway.  Especially since it is either swallowed or in a condom.  It's kinda hard to measure!  LOL

How do you relate to the volume of your cum to how you rate your experience with a lady. If you cum yet there is no volume or none at all are you satisfied or disappointed. Clearly an orgasm is an orgasm but is their something that makes it better than most for you.

since the last ejaculation versus how much you are physically able to produce, which is often a function of diet.   It takes most men 3-4 days to fully reload. (Lots of hydration and certain foods like walnuts can help increase volume and thickness.)

The quantity is not necessarily related to how much I am enjoying the session.

Sometimes, the second ejaculation is far more intense than the first, even though the volume is much lower.

The velocity of the ejaculation does seem to be pretty well connected to the amount I am enjoying myself, and the gal's talents, but this can only really be determined during things like a hand job or perhaps russian or COF.

I suppose that if I was into face painting, volume would be of some concern, other than that, not so much....

Riding the wave of building passion and heat to achieve the physiological nervous and muscular response of orgasm is much more relevant and the longer I can delay the finish, the more I enjoy the journey...

It's how good we get together as a team that does it for me.

It doesn't matter to me how much there is. The intensity has no connection to the amount. Sometimes the orgasm is so intense it feels like you would squirt out a gallon but it's the feeling not the amount. What makes it better is the lady and the activities.

Volume has nothing to do with intensity. Heck the journey is most of the fun anyhow.  Sometimes the tenderness makes the date and other times the exoticness does.  Of course  there is the studlyness side of us men that are proud with buckets. Lol

I think though some ladies see it as evidence of a great time.  “Wow that was a lot” comments seems to give them a certain satisfaction.  But I don’t see the correlation.  Now when I almost black out during a climax, and I don’t care how much came out, that is something to talk about.

Not all orgasms are created equal and least for men. I have had the quickie just a few seconds and then the full body orgasm that lasted much longer with way more intensity. The amount of cum seems to have no relationship to intensity or duration. Large volumes seems to please the ladies and can be fun when it shoots a mile . And a Orgasm with a prostate massage seems to increase the amount but I would put a lot into the amount of semen. One Gent who had Prostate cancer said he does not cum but said he can still have an orgasm. How wonderful!

Post Prostate surgery I've found that orgasm actually lasts much longer... and maybe more intense. The orgasms are dry which is kind of a benefit.... no mess...  I think semen has nothing to do with orgasm intensity...  The biggest problem for me is waiting a year or two for willy to recover ability to be erect even tho he can have a orgasm while in a relaxed state.  It's not the most fun thing to endure....kind of a inhibitor when wanting to play again.....

that the final orgasm of a session, when I would let fly and ejaculate, was always slightly more satisfying than the orgasms when I held back and did not ejaculate.  But the difference was fairly small, though I did like to always ejaculate at the end.

My point is, even when no semen was released, I still had a good orgasm, so amount is basically irrelevant from the standpoint of how it feels.  As others have said, if you want to finish with russian or a facial, then amount is important for the visual effect, but not necessarily because it feels better.

I think it's important to remember that this whole question of quantity can be traced back to the porn industry, because a lot of semen looks better on camera than a few drops.  And just like the porn industry made a lot of guys think they had undersized equipment, it has also made a lot of guys think they should produce more semen- both are incorrect conclusions.

Then I consider it a good session - regardless of how much if any semen was produced.

The intensity of the climax and the satisfaction have nothing to with quantity of cum released. 100% agreement
Quantity of cum is related to the intensity of the orgasm. 0%
Seems pretty convincing. :)

I also taught myself that technique. I have been doing it for so long that it just comes naturally but I usually only put out a few drops of semen throughout the process. I can have 2 to 4 successive orgasms and they all feel great . But I do secrete many droplets of pre-cum along the way.

ejaculate has no bearing on how intense my orgasm was or how much I enjoyed the session.  The quality is more related to the interactions I have with my date.  The quantity is physically determined by my biology.

cum.

Sometimes, at least for MSOG, it is not about the destination but more about the journey.
