I assume we are talking about orgasm and not ejaculation.  In my case you live life as a red blooded Italian man until one day you learn about PSA.... and suddenly are faced with a totally unexpected prostate surgery.  Yippeee .... the  bad stuff is out and hadn't spread..... but what.....??!!! You can orgasm but can't get a hardon....what!!!!  It may take as long as 2 years to recover...maybe???   Options..... Wait, take shots in the pee pee, use a pump, or get a prosthesis.  The prosthesis is actually not a bad way to go... pump it up and go forever.  For me..... as I ponder the future.....
