Advertising Money Order/cashiers Check Payment Form

Thank you for deciding to advertise with The Erotic Review. Please follow the following instructions in order to get your advertisement activated as quickly as possible:

1. Read the information on the Advertisement Info Page.
2. Look through the areas that we offer advertising and decide which areas will be beneficial to you.
3. E-mail us at [email protected] and tell us which section our are interested in advertising in. Please include a link to your website in this e-mail. We will give your pricing for each separately and pricing if you decide on more that one area.
4. If you decide to advertise on The Erotic Review, e-mail us back and tell us which sections you are going to advertise in.
5. You need to then decide which payment option to use. We offer the ability to pay by credit card, money order, or cashiers check. This form is for payments by money orders and cashier checks.
6. Fill out this form if your a re paying by money order or cashiers check and print it out.
7. Mail the completed form and your payment to the following address:

8. E-mail us and tell us that the payment is on its way. We will get everything ready to go.
9. It may take several days for your payment to reach us. It depends on where you are mailing it from. Once we receive it, we will active your ad banners and e-mail you to tell you that you are up.
10. We will then e-mail you a week before your ad will expire in order to determine if you will continue advertising on our site.

Once you have filled out this form, print it out and attach it to you payment. Mail it to the address above and then e-mail us and tell us that it is on its way. We will activate your ad and e-mail you as soon as we receive your payment.
