Emailed Mandi before visit. Called on the day of, she did not answer, left message. Called back about 1 hour later. Agreed to meet at 10:00. St. Louis was in the middle of an ice storm, but she still made it about 30 min late. Non VIPs, she is well worth the wait and close to perfect. VIPs read on..
