Actually saw Cinnamon/Capri's posting on craigslist and gave her a call. She picked up and we set up a time to meet about an hour later. She was staying at a nearby extended stay type hotel. Pleasant enough on the phone and gave me directions. Called her when I got there and she gave me the room #.
