Mistress Chelsea was a Friday afternoon spontaneous excursion into the world of domineering play. Mid-quality hotel way outside of Washington DC. Chelsea answered the phone, made arrangements which was easy and convenient enough. As often as we hear "you get what you paid for...." we still often hope for more. I would not repeat.
