Late on this review but visited Christie when she was in NJ on her last trip. Very easy verification process through P411 and scheduling of the appt. We had to change it once because of me but she was perfectly ok finding a new time. Got to an upscale hotel in NNJ and via two call system I was up in the room in a short time. Absolutely great experience... VIPs read on....
