I had seen Natalie’s post on TER and reached out to her via email. She is extremely prompt and organized and set up my appointment way in advance with no muss and no fuss. The week prior to her visit, she confirmed, sent me her location and phone number, and said she was looking forward to seeing me. Easy stuff!

Got to the hotel about 15 minutes early and she was ready. In all, I stayed about 1 1/4 hours. She is not a clock watcher and was very much at ease with our timing.

I texted when I got there (early) and she was ready and texted me to come up. I entered the room, didn't have to knock (always a good thing) and there she was:
