I tried coordinating with her a few times and at the outset, it was actually difficult to get a hold of her. For a while she just wouldn't pick up or even if she did, she wouldn't offer much availability. Once I actually went to her hotel and tried calling her again but couldn't connect so after waiting 30 minutes, just left.
